Ralph Pliner has been a member of the PIAC Board since July 2009.

Ralph was a partner of Baker & McKenzie for over 20 years where he was involved in a wide range of corporate and merger and acquisition transactions and also advised a number of boards of public listed companies.

Ralph was previously a financial journalist with The Financial Mail in Johannesburg.
