Carolyn has a passion for consumer advocacy. As a member of the Energy + Water Consumers’ Advocacy Team at PIAC, her work involves bringing consumer perspectives into energy and water market reform processes and working with a range of stakeholders towards the goal of keeping electricity, gas and water accessible to NSW consumers.
