Energy + Water Consumers’ Advocacy Network (EWCAN)
The Energy + Water Consumers’ Advocacy Network (EWCAN) was created in response to feedback from consumers and the community sector that it is difficult to engage in energy and water issues due to the high level of technical detail and jargon.
EWCAN is an email list, through which members receive alerts of upcoming consultations and current campaigns, as well as plain language briefings on current issues. The aim of EWCAN is to provide NSW citizens with information that allows them to participate in decision-making about access to the affordable, dignified and safe supply of energy and water.
