HPLS clinic times & locations

The Homeless Persons’ Legal Service (HPLS) provides free legal advice and assistance. Most clinics are open to anyone experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Some clinics are for women only – check the listings below.  See what legal help we can give.

Where listings say ‘call for appointment’, you should call the number listed before turning up, to make sure a lawyer is available to help you.

If you are a support worker, you can fill out our online application and we will contact your client directly, to discuss their legal issue/s and, if appropriate, make an appointment for them to attend one of our clinics.

You can contact our office on (02) 8898 6545 or email us at [email protected].
